I will give the place a 5 the new manager I'm sorry idk her name is doing a fine job at upscaling the place the very very best she can and at a timely manner and with a smile, she's excited and happy to say " yes I'm the manager" with a smile, and she has upgraded maintenance that are doing great too. It's what u make of your situation and I like it here. No one bothers me at all. If I moved out and later need to find a place I would move here again!!!!

They steal rent and lie I have proof of money orders their claiming I didnt PAY which isnt true but they cashed them. its infested with mouse they dont like answering the phone or fixing anything they cant keep an office manager every month its some one new Do not move here If you have children their liars and scammers had a hole in my ceiling when I lived there for over fours months and they knew yet did nothing pretty sure theres mold in their units second photo is from a wall they cut out and found that the pipes werent connected plumper sent me this photo and told us this was the issue causing the leak it was nothing we did
