Williamsburg Apartments

The property manager patty is nosey and she be asking tenants about what’s going on in other tenants apartments.

I've been here almost 3 years and I don't like it's near a busy street but its a homey feel and the manager is super sweet and the maintenance is great anytime you call they're here that day if not no later than the next I would highly recommend someone to come here

I have lived in the Williamsburg apartments for a couple of months now. So far, my experience has been pretty good. The maintenance team are extremely friendly, helpful, and reliable; if you need anything, they're right there in a matter of minutes, and always come back to check on you to make sure you're doing okay, after they've done what they had to do. The landlord, Patty, is extremely nice and professional. Any question you have, she's willing to answer. The majority of the neighbors I've met are really nice and welcoming. The area as a whole is pretty laid back and quiet. The apartments themselves are in great condition, with nice sized rooms. The appliances are up to date. I don't have any complaints, so far. I could live here for a while.
