Exceptional Dentistry of Shepherdsville

I tried to write an exceptional review, I really did, until I realized there were not enough exceptionally superlative words to describe this dental practice. This had to be one of the most horrific experiences of my life breaking a tooth while being on vacation from VA, but it turned into the best dental experience Ive ever had. The dentist, where no one every wants to go, to have done what no one ever wants to have done, was so welcoming and friendly, I just wanted to bundle all of them up, throw em in the back of our motorhome and carry them home with us. On the sixth day of our month-long vacation, I broke a back tooth, with so much pain I couldnt even brush. I called Exceptional with no great expectation theyd be able to see me before we had to check out of the campground in two days. They called me back within 5 minutes and worked my emergency call right in. The receptionist was very friendly and put me at ease. The office is immaculate, and Dr. Carroll was a-maz-ing. He made me so comfortable even though he had to take out half of the broken tooth. He even arranged an appointment for the same day (the novocain had bare run out) for a root canal so I would be able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. His assistant was also very comforting because I was pretty distressed about what was going on. This practice certainly lives up to its name it is EXCEPTIONAL!

Dr. Carroll is the best dentist ever. I have anxiety with dentists but not with him. Hes so sweet and kind and very calming.
