My experience was easy as could be, Kelly was willingly to help me when I call and freaking out, she got me in without an appt, and took care of my situation!! All the ladies in this office has been absolutely amazing!!

I made an appointment at the Brooks location and I have been doing a lot of research on the Internet. Mostly five star reviews but there were around 5 1 star reviews that all said pretty much the same thing. The short black headed lady at the reception needed to be fired! I thought it was funny until I showed up for my appointment, and saw it for myself in person!! I simply asked if I could see a sample model of the denture I was interested in and the one girl I was talking to was helping me fine, and then the short, black haired woman that said she had been there for a long time immediately interjected got angry with me. I asked her why she was getting angry with me when all I wanted to do was see a sample denture she ridiculed me in front of the whole waiting area!! So I was forced to leave!! Ive never been so embarrassed or treated so bad in my life thank God for reviews , I will never go to affordable again and I will make sure that I tell everyone that I know do the same. They should be ashamed and they should reevaluate if they need someone like that in charge of their office I surely would not have someone like that in charge of mine
