William was amazing! The screen on my phone had gone crazy and I went in to see if there was anything that could be done. I don't have the protection plan and was expecting the worst. He quickly realized that my screen was indeed going crazy, so he looked up when I got my phone and saw that it was still under warranty . William then took the time to call the warranty department and went through the troubleshooting process for basically a second time with them to confirm it was really a manufacturer defect. After all of that, he was still willing to answer all my questions. He made this whole process so much easier, and for that I thank him.

Every time I go to this store I have an amazing experience. These people are extremely great at what they do and I appreciate them for the hard work they do. I would like to mention 2 people that have gone above and beyond with their customer service, Elizabeth Parent and Madison Goda. Elizabeth fixed a multi month fraud issue that the Verizon help lines pushed off time and time again. She dealt with many call transfers until she got to the bottom of the issue and was faster at it I than my folks who are still grateful now. As for Madison, she gave me multiple different options to ensure I got what I needed, was an amazing person to be around, has amazing conversation skill, and even took the time to go through hypothetical prices depending on what I might purchase. Honestly there was never a dull moment in our interaction. With all of that said if you ever happen to be helped by these ladies be prepared for some of the best service I believe you can get. They have a good outlook on things and a relatability that you cant pass, which just makes the experience great. Thank you guys so much for your help and keep on trying your best!
