        Always closed unprofessional

        Was told by customer service to go into the local store to get a SIM card that was missing when my new phone was shipped. I arrived at the store at 5:30 pm and no one was there. The lights were off and the door was locked. When I tried to call them no one, not even a recording came up to let me know why the store was closed 90 minutes early. Im going to make one more trip to the store today and then Im done with this company. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I received my phone. I called every single day to customer service requesting a SIM card and have spoken to almost every supervisor there and I still have no SIM card. I just went through open heart surgery but have had no way to call for help should I need it. I will NEVER recommend Metro by T-Mobile to my worst enemy!!

        Check your product before you leave. I recently bought a phone with the package deal and got headphones also. I break open the box to test the headphones and they don't work so I return to the store. Mind you I'm within my 14 day return period but they refuse to exchange, their product they sold to me, because the box was open. Highly unprofessional!
