Aloft Newport on the Levee

Love the location and the room but the women at front desk you can tell they do not make any money and mad about it too! Lol And after this night will not be back! Your desk people represent your business!

I would rate this hotel as mid. A solid 3 stars. We have stayed at many locations in the Cincinnati area due to my daughter being a patient at the hospital. ***Hospital rate is $79/night!*** The best rate we have found. The room was mediocre. We didn't expect to spend much time in it so it provided it's purpose. Coffee maker didn't work, it was missing the tray to put coffee in. I did tell the front desk and it was left like that. A trip down to the lobby for coffee was fine, minor inconvenience. Pool was small and cloudy. And loud. Location is amazing for the Newport area. Literally within walking distance of EVERYTHING. This alone would make me want to stay again for the convenience of that. Breakfast - at an additional cost unless you are a Marriott elite member - was EXCELLENT the southwest bowl...amazing. truly. Shower only had shampoo and conditioner. Two bottles of it, no body wash. I've read reviews of some only having body wash. Good things I bring my own stuff. So - mid. I'd stay again.
