Side note to begin, little miss up front needs an attitude adjustment. Her customer service is some of the worst I have seen. Thats not why I am giving them a one star though. First week of October 2023 I was ran off a road that caused some MINOR damage to the undercarriage of my truck. B&B was contacted to make sure they would be able to do the work on my 1997 Ford. We were basically told, no problem at all My truck was dropped off on October 10, 2023. As of March 7, 2024 it is still NOT done, and Im having to pay out of pocket for a tow because I am tired of the excuses they give me on why its not finished. -On December 13th I asked for an update and was told parts hadnt been ordered yet and he would order them ironically that day. I am still not sure why my truck sat there from OCTOBER TO DECEMBER with absolutely no work done to it. As well, if I would have never called to baby sit them, would the parts have ever been ordered ? I was told that it would be done by December 25, 2023 (surprise, it wasnt). -On January 3rd, 2024 I was told it was supposed to be finished and ready for pick up Jan 17th, 2024 (surprise, it wasnt). -On January 27, 2024 was told it would be done on February 2, 2024 (surprise, it wasnt) -On Feb 5th I was told it would be done on Feb 9th ( surprise, it wasnt) -On Feb 9th was told it would be done on Feb 13th ( you guessed it, it still wasnt ready) But wait, theres more. -On Feb 13th was told it would be done the Feb 14th guess what? It was still not done. -On Feb 16 was told it had a fuel leak, magically now and, needed to order parts to fix that and would take a week AT MOST. -February 26th they were waiting on the fuel connectors. -March 4th the fuel lines came in and the truck would be finished March 5th. -On March 5 my insurance agent contacted me and told me that b&b auto told them it was completed. It only gets better from here On March 7, 2024, FIVE months after drop off it was yet to be completed, after LYING to the insurance agency saying it was, and they still didnt have the parts in that they ordered and received on March 4. I have been given every excuse in the book about why they were running behind like; because they had to move shops ( thats not my problem). Then, I was told that they were having issues getting parts for my 1997 Ford knowing that it was a 1997 Ford before I even brought it in. Then, I was told that they were having issues getting parts off on the truck ( whatever this means, dont you own a body shop?) It wouldnt be such a nuisance, if it werent for all the lies like being told that it WAS done, or that it would be done by a specific time, or when I was told it was being work on right now when in reality it was never even in the shop , and would be sitting outside when I would drive by. But they sure do love taking pictures of my truck though and posting it on social media like they are doing massive amounts of work when in reality, they are getting absolutely nothing done. You would be silly if you bring your vehicle in this corrupt place. Bring back Cunningham. For the love of Murray!

I'm not happy at all I paid $1941 for a radiator grant it They fixed a core support. Had a running issue they claiming was a throttle body needed axles whatever plugs and coils. Then call needs a throttle body ok fix it how I got to almost 2 grand on a $1000 car better than buying 1 right. 3 miles later won't start I pay for the tow to go back and nvr smelled gas before and it nvr just wouldn't just start before. After 2 grand you figure you might just get it in to figure the problems out 3 weeks later after call after call with no call back oh its the cpu. Don't trust these guys I'm fixing to tow to the dealer and sue them and I'm sure the only reason they got 4.7 is cause the pay for it. Plz don't go here. Bad part is I was refferd by 2 shops in town nvr again. Learn some ppl skills 1st 2nd learn what your working on Brian. I asked when I called if you could handle this. You said maybe. I could've through parts at it.if you can't do it admit it. I had to rent a car for a week then buy 1 cause it was cheaper than waiting on you that was very ridiculous. Your shop is filthy and needs a new owner and tech.cause obviously you ain't the guy.

Dare I say it, BB's auto made a flat tire convenient! A flat tire is always unexpected and left me and my infant daughter stranded right outside this repair shop. My husband came and swapped out cars with me so we could get home and while he was changing the tire to the spare to just get our jeep home so we could take it in during the week (did I mention this all happened on a Sunday), Bryan was driving by, changed the tire for my husband, gave him a lift back home after he dropped the jeep off at the shop, and by Tuesday morning we had 4 new tires, a spare, the sensors that have never worked on my jeep were fixed, AND my breaks replaced since they were getting a little worn. Great service, great people, timely turnaround, competitive pricing.
