Quality Plus Auto Care

I would in no way recommend this place to anyone, not even people that I don't like. They took me for about $1000 and where very underhanded in their practices. I don't see how these people are still in business. I dropped my car off, which ran perfectly fine I just didn't have any heat in the middle of winter, to get the heater core replaced. I'm pretty sure they sabotaged my car and said that it had jumped time while it was in the garage bay, but they were not responsible for it. They told me that it was solely my fault and problem. Then they started to try to give me the shakedown and told me they "might" be able to fix it for $800 or so but there was no guarantee that what they were going to do would fix it. They were unwilling to try and work something out and accept any responsibility. Needless to say we had words. I asked him if that's what Jesus would do because he had framed bible quotes posted every where on his walls. I guess he uses them as a false pretense to make people think that he is an honest person; the setup for the knockdown. Liars and thieves are one and the same. SCHYSTERS

Best in town. No wonder they are called QUALITY! Will never let Dodge dealer touch my truck again. You want honest, dedicated, intelligent, did I say HONEST mechanic work done? Bring your vehicle to them!!!

Stay away! I had $1,500 worth of maintenance done on my vehicle. Immediately after leaving their shop, my car was making a loud screeching sound. The car was brought back within one mile. They did admit that a road test was never preformed before I picked it up. I could see the owner's immediate agitation that I brought the car back. I quickly left, leaving the car, and asked my husband to speak with them. They reluctantly agreed to change the part making noise. It's important to state; they had removed and put this part back to do my maintenance work. Within a half hour, their story quickly changed. We were told they had no interest in ever working on our car. Told us to immediately pick it up, that it was running, and at the street. After relaying my experience with this facility to friends, neighbors, and coworkers, I could not believe how many people were shocked that I went there. Folks felt bad, they weren't able to warn me about Quality Plus. Apparently their extremely unprofessional and angry behavior towards customers is common knowledge. Do not go here!!!! Brought my wife's vehicle in for Honda suggested maintenance based on mileage. Timing belt and tensioner, alternator because of flickering battery light and an oil change. Paid $1475 and my wife called when she pulled out of their lot saying the car was making a horrendous noise. Took it back and they said it needed a new pulley assembly ($280) that they had taken off and put back on once already. Mechanic said that he had never given the car gas so he didn't hear it. Nothing wrong when we brought it in, but $1475 later and the car is now broken. Part was actually $150 so they tried to up-charge after returning a broken car to us. Person at the desk is extremely rude! Owner Billy screams at his customers and is absolutely unhinged. Beyond a horrible place to take your vehicle.

It def is not a good experience. The lady that works the desk was nothing but rude start to finish.. You need to fire her Billy. I wont be back 100% Im sure shes costing you customers. Service: Engine repair
