I will never shop here again I went in and purchased two games for my son, being that he is eight years old I got insurance on the games so I knew that the price would be a little more than what was listed due to insurance and tax. When I got home, I checked my receipt and saw that I was overcharged $15 for one of the games. I went back to the store the next day, and I was told the prices of games vary and we dont always have time to come out and change the sticker. Not understanding how this was my fault or why customers should foot the bill for an employees mistake I asked if there was any way she could make this right being that she was the one that sold me the game the day before, I was even willing to take a store credit being that I will be purchasing more games for my son I was told theres nothing they can do and I needed to call the one 800 number on the receipt I called that number three times 1st time no one reached out to me second time someone reached out and then stopped replying to my emails. Third time I was asked to send a picture of my receipt and the game cover, which I did 30 days later still no resolution. Not to mention I purchased an Xbox series x $500 back in September, got it home and it didnt work my sons birthday gift that he didnt get to play on his birthday because I had to exchange it
