Louisville Veterinary Urgent Care

I brought my Sammy in because I was concerned about blood in her stool and my Veterinarian's office was closed. It was quite a wait which was not too huge a problem as they had a TV in the waiting room. Dr. Pelfry was very nice and helpful as were the rest of the staff. However, when it came time to get her prescriptions and instructions, the tech spoke really fast and rushed thru the instructions on the medications. When I went to give my dog her Proviable, it was extremely hard to get out of the syringe and she missed most of her doses. It was very expensive (expected for an urgent care) but I felt rushed. I will only use them in the future if I have an EXTREME emergency.

We took our dog here yesterday and Dr. Pelfrey, Dakota and the rest of the staff were amazing. Very friendly and professional. We will not hesitate to return for any emergency.

I went with my dog who had an injured leg and they immediately took care of me and admitted me. They helped me a lot with the price and it was very affordable for me. The staff is very attentive and very good people. I really recommend them to everyone. Thank you very much. for your kindness and dedication, very grateful

Our Penny Lane somehow scratched her eye and she needed to be seen soon so it didn't get worse until her regular annual appointment in a few days. We called, got a registered appointment, walked in, got seen, got meds left and went home all within 90 minutes. It was insanely fast! They were so friendly and Penny did well with them. Very happy!
