We were having multiple issues with our senior blind diabetic dog and Dr. Pinkston was great at helping him get some comfort and relief. She called and checked in every day after our visit and was very supportive.

Our family loves Dr. Garrity, Dr. Pinkston, Eva, and all The Downtown Animal Hospital team. We would not trust our Stevie girl with anyone else. They treat Stevie as their own. My experience was great! I loved that there was no waiting to be seen and the entire visit was extremely quick but I also felt that all my questions or concerns were taken care of. I encountered 4 staff members during my visit and each one was professional,knowledgeable, and friendly. They took very good care of both my dog and me, making sure she felt comfortable, and showing me how to apply her medicine. I appreciated the follow up call as well. It shows that The Downtown Animal Hospital really cares about the well-being of every animal they see. I will recommend them to everyone.
