        Took my Cat in for an emergency visit as she started having seizures and I could not get into her normal vet. They seemed more focused on a heart murmur instead of the fact my cat was having a seizure every few hours. They had no medication on hand to address this issue and were supposed to call in a prescription for me. Still waiting on the anti-seizure medication (spoiler, it was never called in). Everyone was very pleasant to deal with, but I would not trust these people with a loved pet.

        We are new to Louisville and before being able to establish a new vet our Boston Terrier became ill and needed to be seen same day. They worked us in within 45 minutes and we were able to rule out any serious illness. They treated his symptoms and hes feeling much better. Everyone from the receptionists, our Vet Tech Morgan, and the vet were nothing but kind, professional, and compassionate. Weve definitely found our new vet!

        Called and got Jak in the same day they have never seen him before. The staff was great and Dr Lassell was amazing in finding out what was going on with his ear. she was very compassionate with him since he was scared, he did great with her... will be using them for all my dogs!!

We strive to provide the best care possible to all our clients and patients, and it saddens me to hear when a valued client does not feel that we did our best. Some pets require special formulations of medications in order to treat certain conditions, and in this case, the medicine we carry was not the appropriate concentration. We confirmed with the outside pharmacy that the anti-seizure medication order was placed after your visit, and I know they do their best to prepare medications as quickly as possible in emergency situations like yours. Our doctors are focused on every aspect of our clients' and patients' needs, and any findings that may be of concern are communicated to our clients to help decide on the best treatment plan possible.
