I just wanted to compliment the medical assistant who assisted me yesterday. Denita, you are an utter pro at phlebotomy. In my own nearly 15 years of bedside experience, I have never seen someone draw blood so quickly and painlessly. Thank you again for your help!

I always have a good experience at this location but today was quite different I seen a nurse that was the worse! Just because you speak in a low tone doesnt mean youre rude and the Yursa Shabbir (nurse on duty) was just that! How do you decide what my body (that ive known my whole life ) is or isnt experiencing! I didnt get treated for what I went for because of all these extra guidelines that nobody in the office follows besides YURSA! I will not be seen by her ever again and thank god for growth! very non helpful, rude, inconsiderate self

Ive been to this urgent care multiple times due to bowel issues the first two times the doctors were really nice. But on my third trip there I got the same doctor as a previous visit and she was not happy to see me again. I was explaining what my symptoms were and the medicines I was taking and she explained that one of my meds would make me relapse in my bowel issues and at first she said to stop taking the medicine and when I asked what I should do instead she got annoyed and said to take the first one anyway even if it makes things worse and to up my dosage. This made me feel like she wanted me to get sicker instead of better and Im not sure I ever want to go back. And I question whether or not this is the right field for her because why would you want to push a patient into further sickeness
