Baptist Health Urgent Care - Westport Road

I don't like going to any kind of hospital, doctors office, etc. but somehow they made a visit to the doctor and enjoyable experience. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me, even though I was sick, tired, confused and probably not in the best of moods, going above and beyond to make sure I got the proper, necessary care. Answered every question (yes - even the dumb questions) and concerns. A short review can't put into words how great this location and wonderful staff is. Thanks, Giuseppe

They are fast and friendly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They have are all very nice and the doctor was very helpful. The staff there makes the difference as they truly all work efficiently together. From check in to the nurse to the doctor I felt taken care of the entire time.

My experience at Babtist hospital was very welcoming. Employees very professional, The dr. I seen was so kind. His bedside manner was on Que. He was very informative and concerned about me . Yes if I have a problem I will definitely go back there. Service was prompt.

Took my son for a finger injury on 12/30/23, even got a call from staff member prior to coming in (because I checked in online) they called to make sure they could treat him. They came to the conclusion that they could treat him. We arrived at the facility , they did an x-ray, we were there for 2 hours. We left the urgent with no answers, nothing done for his finger, not splinted, not buddy taped, no directions on what we could possibly do for his finger,absolutely nothing. They told me we would be called with the xray results. It has been 3 1/2 days and still no results, I have called several times and keep getting the run around. If they weren't going to be able to do anything for my son, as I was told they would in the phone call prior to coming in, I would have taken him somewhere else that would have been able to do something for him. The nurse that took care of us was nice. But as an overall i will never go back to this location.
