I took my young daughter to Norton's urgent care. Wow were we disappointed with the service we received from this practioner Teri Gore..or whatever she is. She never introduced herself or gave either of us a look. Yeah and I was excited to see that she was black, but like as soon she sat down she just started talking super fast. And after my results came back she was saying all this stuff about what I shouldn't be doing, she didn't ask me any questions, the one question she did ask me. She didn't even give me time to really answer it.. it just felt like I was interrupting her and she was just trying to hurry up and get me out. Like I was grateful that I'm feeling better, and she gave me something for it.. but it disturbed me to the point where I almost wanna go to another doctor and get a different opinion.. and maybe I didn't NEED to go to the doctor.. but I just wanted to ease my mind of anything else it could be and she didn't really do that.

NP Teri Gore saw my mother yesterday. She was very smart professional informative and nice. Was sad when she said she did not have her own Practice we Loved her
