Norton Immediate Care Center - Tyler Retail Village

Registered immediately. Seen shortly after. All staff very friendly and helpful from registration, clinical staff including x-ray technicians, to the physician, Dr. Craig. She actually sent me a follow up text regarding my x-ray results and medication instructions reiterated. I was feeling miserable and was cared for quickly and efficiently by a friendly staff.

They were great with my special needs guy. They talked to him as if he could speak back and treated him as if nothing was wrong with him and we were In and out in an hour. Love that place

Kristy Bryant was very thorough,patient,and took time to answer my questions. She's a keeper!. A couple of months ago I was seen for an acute upprt resp. Infection. Theresa took charge and ushered me into a small room and cont. To take my vitals.i was wheezing and short of breath. She was thorough,efficient, friendly, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable as she took xrays,blood work, etc. This woman went above and beyond duty and deserves a raise,recognition, and at the very least,a token for her unwavering professionalism. I would have written this earlier but I didn't know her name. These above individuals plus troy,a nurse practitioner, are the reason I go to this Norton Immediate care facility. BRAVO TO ALL THESE CARING AND HARD WORKING PERSONS!!!

Great care from a great team! The lady at the front desk was so kind and the doctor was very helpful. My visit took a while because of the circumstances but the team was very efficient and friendly:)
