        My partner and I needed help renting or possibly purchasing 2 tuxedos. We scanned the QR code to check in. However, there was no direction as to where to wait. We waited by the sign for 40 minutes, with no one checking in with us. When we asked for direction, we were told Im not sure- Im on the retail side, not in rental. We finally became next in queue according to the website. Imagine our surprise when someone who walked right in was greeted/serviced before us. We turned around and left. Will advise our friends to look elsewhere.
