        I recently got a suit for my wedding at Men's Wearhouse. I asked for simple alterations, but ended up with pants that felt like yoga pants because they tapered both sides instead of just one, charging me double. The jacket sleeves were also unevenly trimmed. Despite attempts to fix it, the fit was still off and too tight. Not the experience I was hoping for before my big day.

        Pretty good experience. Good prices. Nice staff. I had ordered a tuxedo rental online and went in to the store to get measured for it. I even set up an appointment for the measurements. They had a hard time figuring out how to find the rental in their system and kept trying to get me to start over and pick much more expensive options that's what I had chosen online. Eventually they found it and did the measurements. Picking up and trying on the tux once it arrived at the store was quick and painless. Everything fits well. Overall, a good experience but corporate needs to make the online+in-store experience more seamless and user/staff-friendly.
