I will definitely use this FedEx again.

So I was in the store today and I had a request to print a large poster I submitted the file and head figured the employee would tell me if it would turn out all right it was a 46 by 26 in poster and when I showed up the image was very blurry and it was definitely not worth but I had charged
A gentleman named Andrew the gentleman named Andrew was there when I showed up to pick up my poster and I had seen that it was certainly not worth what I paid and he decided to stay after closing hours to ensure a reprint was successful he was very patient

Had to stand in line for awhile and then was told I needed a drivers license that I didnt bring in with me to be able to ship something. She would have made me wait in line again if I didnt just leave to go to ups or the post office. Horrible customer service and attitude.

I brought an IPhone trade in packaged in the return box labeled and secure. I presented it at the counter and thats the last it was ever seen. Fortunately Apples customer service allows you to speak with humans, and Apple accepted my trade. I will avoid this store in the future, and prefer UPS anyway.
