UPDATED: Thankful that Westdale is no longer pretending to manage this complex. After my previous review, The Connor Group team reached out to let us know that they are still testing paint colors and that red is an unlikely option for repainting all of the apartments thankfully.
The property manager reaching out to just let me know this and about other updates they have in mind is more communication than the previous management company ever gave us - so we appreciate it!
4 stars as it seems that theyre actually trying fix all of the major issues that Westdale just chose to mismanage. Excited to see what changes are coming - as long as they dont paint any more of the unpleasing red color!

I absolutely love living here! I have an attached garage, which was one of the biggest selling points for me. Being walking distance to the state park is also a huge perk! The complex is very well maintained, and the apartments are just beautiful. Even with the accommodations they've had to make due to the pandemic, the staff have still been incredibly helpful and kind. The only downsides I can think of are out of their control--one particular neighbor of mine has very obnoxious friends. Fortunately they still observe quiet hours, for the most part. Also, the paint does not chip, but it can be scuffed, which is normal! They kindly provide paint if I want to make touch-ups inside.
Update as of 7/14/2022this property is under new management, and the new company has policies in place that are detrimental to renters. BEWARE

The new management company as of July 2022 is made up of a bunch of money hungry thieves who dont care to put people out of their homes and onto the streets.

The Conner Group just purchased this apartment complex the week of July 13th 2022 and they are proving that they only want to push out tenants that have great standing with what was previously named 9910 Sawyer. They are forcing tenants to sign 12 month leases within 24 hour notice at OVER 40% monthly increase to their rent with no way to pay out of their lease if they absolutely needed to. If the tenant cannot afford this inhumane increase, they are forced to move within 30 days. Avoid this complex and anything run by the Conner Group. This is criminal and cruel.

Loved everything about this property and their management when I moved here a year ago. The property was purchased by the Conner group less than 48 hrs ago and this place already looks like trash. They are repainting the building a disgusting, absolutely uncalming, screaming in your face RED. Part of why I loved this place so much was because it was a beautiful property. And dont get me started on the trash they hired as staff.
