This company has got to be the absolute worst with communication I have ever dealt with. They do not answer calls and do not return calls when messages are left asking them to. They have several properties I have been trying to view but I'm not interested anymore because I can only imagine what a nightmare they would be to deal with if there was an emergency.

They have been so helpful with the whole process of renting. They respond quickly. They always email me with any questions they have about my application. I will definitely be renting from the for a long time. If you need to rent your home this company is the one to use.

After receiving my application fee and information, this "company" stopped responding. I'm worried that this is a scam and they're trying to steal my identity. I've contacted credit bureaus and closed my bank account to be safe. Be careful and weary of sites like this!

Sheila has been wonderful! I have lived in one of her rental homes for 5 years - I've never had a problem getting help fixing things like the AC or I once even asked her to test for mold and it was done right away. I believe that she has been the only employee at her business for many years; if not the only employee, it seems like she has very little help for the many responsibilities she has. I've seen the other comments on here stating that her company is a scam due to slow response times and an application fee disagreement, but I can assure you that she & her company are real. I am moving soon and am really worried about getting a new landlord. I have heard some horror stories of other landlords and it makes me feel grateful that I found Sheila. I hope this comment helps someone feel more at ease when considering renting from this company.
