Hi there, I am the owner of Line Drive Photography, who you were talking to, and I tried to explain the process to you but I don't feel like I was being heard. You were provided a QR code to scan to opt-in to the gallery to view/order photos. I asked you if you wanted to be in the team photo and you said no. So your player got in line and I asked you again if you were sure you did not want to be in the team photo to which you said no again. I told you multiple times to get in the line and we would get you taken care of but you refused. I'm sorry you feel that I was rude. I don't feel like I was rude, just matter of fact in telling you how the process works. There was no erratic information given. In fact, the league sent out information to everyone's email the night before Photo Day. We've been a part of this league for 3 years now and we have never had a problem. We are very organized here at Line Drive Photography, photo day ran very smoothly, and the photo proofs were delivered 8 days after photo day. Our staff is very friendly and we take pride in our work. We hope that you will be photographed with your child's team next season. Thank you.
