Really weird they tell me I owe them money but can't send me a bill or itemized statement just say verbally what I owe. The nurses are nice and friendly I just have problems with billing plus their is no one to talk to in billing.

Rudest representatives ever. They never seem to help. Is there any other places to get our children’s feeding supplies ?? Also you guys claim to be 24 hours I have an emergency and no one is answering

The worst place to get infusion supplies. There are a few people there that try really hard but there are always errors and corporate denies everything that you may need specific even if your dr writes a script. Horrible experience. Find another company.

When my insurance changed I immediately called to update them with the information, I noticed no claims were being processed under my new plan but I had received the supplies. I called 5 times and was told they billed the correct plan only to find out they did not. They will not bill new plan pretty much it’s my problem. In those 5 calls I am told I will be called back, or one return call. My doctor called in a new prescription for my daughter last week and they still have filed with insurance and still won’t return my calls. Poor customer experience especially when it involves the medical care for a three child who defends on it. Obviously switching companies ASAP.
