I found it easy to make an appointment. Reminder texts were convenient. Staff were polite. Winnie was done before the quoted time and I was texted. Winnie looked great and seemed excited so that was a good experience in my book!

Splash and Dash Grooming is a gem in Middletown! Their stellar service keeps our mini Golden doodle, Reyna, looking and smelling divine every visit. With their expert care, there's no doubt they're the best grooming spot in town. Highly recommend!

Recommended this groomer by friends. Warned staff my dog would need a muzzle for his haircut on phone while setting up appointment. They said they could keep it on for 20 minutes at a time and that if other groomers could do it they could too. He is absolutely fine if he is muzzled. Upon arrival I once again warned them and they said they can only do the muzzle for 5-10 minutes at a time due to safety concerns. After receiving a text saying my dog was too aggressive I was upset and wondered how much they actually tried. I gave my dog a calming medicine prescribed by his vet. It always works to perfection. He is great at the vet and loves going. They only gave him a bath and thats it. I left disappointed and wont return. Its not like my dog is some massive terror, hes a tiny Jack Russell and has never hurt a soul. I took a day off work only to have to take another day off to get it done.
