I had been looking for a new mattress a few weeks. When I tested a Beautyrest and knew it was the best one I had found, I then looked at the price ( mattress or down payment on a new car! $$$!). Tyler introduced himself and offered assistance. When I shared I found the mattress he said great. But when I asked if there were something similar for a more reasonable price, he showed me a few and they were not IT. Seeing how I kept going back to the ONE, he went to his computer, crunched some numbers and was able to work the price into my budget. He didnt push or pressure make me feel I had to buy. He even suggested I look around other places and check prices. I did leave and ended up coming back because 1. His personable approach. 2. I could not find a more comfortable mattress (with a 120 day trial period). 3. He took the time to meet me where I was at and now I am going to sleep well and the mattress is being delivered to my door. I highly recommend Mattress Firm for your sleep needs.
