Relax The Back

It is my pleasure to post this review. This is probably only the second online review I have ever placed which speaks to my opinion. I have punched three mattresses from this store over the course of many years. Everything that youd think is true. The store is clean, gorgeous. The products are very high end. But what sets this store apart from the others, for me, are the people that are there. First purchase, they were so kind and helpful but I thought maybe I just lucked out. Second, wow, they people are just really great. Third purchase, I wasnt only purchasing a bed, I was ill in palliative care and they made me feel that I was the center of everything they were thinking about to help me find the bed that would help me finally get some rest. When youre that sick, your bed can be your life and it was clear, they knew how important this was. It is clear to me that, not only do they know their products through and through, carry very high integrity and honesty. They most importantly, cared about me as a person and put doing whats right for me at the top of everything that they were doing. And, I should point out that I was referred there from someone else to begin with which assures me that they treat everyone this way. As as physician myself, I have no reservation in telling that if you or someone you care about are having issues with you back, neck, pain, issues sleeping, or any issue with your bedding, seating, posture, or any number of issues, you wont regret walking into those doors. Im am confident, if they can help you, they will and that their bottom line is no where near the top of their mind. Trust me. They will have my business forever.

We purchased 2 massage chairs, both Human Touch brand from Relax the Back, Louisville, KY. Jen, the owner, as well as her staff are very knowledgeable and helped us make the perfect choices for our family members. Both deliveries were handled with care.

Every single person I interacted with was professional and helpful. These people truly just care about helping. Their products are impressively comfortable. I've bought my new ergonomic office chair from them. I will be back to get more!

Had a great experience being fitted and allowed to loan the pillow before buying. I ended up finding great relief from some of the complications Ive had from various surgeries
