Honestly if I could give Trent, the consultant at this location 10 STARS I would. I was dreading mattress shopping after an online purchase from another vendor that had to be returned. Instead, I actually enjoyed the experience and got a good deal on a mattress I just love. No pressure - no selling just great knowledge, personably presented and an unhurried/relaxed chance to really try the product - which is HUGE when looking for a mattress that will stay cool! I ended up also getting an adjustable base because trying it was so seriously, well, . BLISSFUL. They even are going to help me schedule delivery to coincide with the other manufacturers pick up of the old one! I cannot recommend Trent and the St Matthews Mattress Firm location highly enough. Go see them and find out!
