        The ASM Karen was totally disrespectful and rude! I've been coming to this location for years and have never experienced this type of service ever!!! I will never buy anything from Kay Jewelers at St Matthew location if she is present!!!

        I have been a customer of Kay Jewelers for 15 years. We have made 4 purchases at this location in the last year alone. All experiences with Karen and staff have been fantastic. Karen is highly knowledgable and spends quality time with us leading up to our purchases even when she knows we're picking something far out into the future. Karens done everything for us from custom ordering to repair work inspections as well as sales for every major special occasion we have. I send all family and friends to her for their purchases.

        I came in with a necklace that had a knot in it. Drake was very helpful and worked hard to undue the knot. I appreciate the customer service. Britney was also very helpful!
