Holiday Inn Louisville Airport - Fair/Expo, an IHG Hotel

Booked this hotel because of the pictures of the beautiful indoor pool. Should be considered false advertisement. The pool is closed!! Too late to cancel & get my money back. So very disappointed.

Dont stay here ! No a good hotel , rooms are nasty ! I ordered food to go and they served my dinner cold. I didnt feel safe .

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Horrible parking situation, air doesn't work properly, no water pressure, dirty bathroom and living area. Went for the buffet breakfast, only to find 1 employee trying to cook and serve for a group of 70 plus people, they knew we were coming for a month. no manager on duty, no coffee, no milk, no bacon no eggs, asked the guy at the check in desk what was going on, he said " I don't know anything, it's my 4th day here" Horrible Management, Horrible Experience in general. I will never stay at another Holliday Inn, ever. Noteworthy details: Trash Hotel

We stayed here for 1 night only. The lady at front desk was not friendly or polite at all . My wallet was stolen here while we went to check in . The room was outdated & the furniture was bad . The TV did not work & I called the front desk . She said she would send someone up but no one came. The USB plugs on nightstand did not work so I was unable to charge my phone. Would NOT recommend staying here . We only stayed because we were with a school group that was staying here for an event st the expo.
