        The hotel was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. But what made our stay was Evan. We stayed this past weekend for a baseball tournament and he was nothing but OUTSTANDING! He made us feel welcome and went above and beyond his duties. Thanks again Evan

        Our little league baseball stayed here for a tournament. We had a wonderful experience and had an early evening night of fun in the lobby with parents and kids and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Staff member Evan exemplified what it meant to be a great and helpful person and made our experience feel like a home away from home. We hope Hyatt recognizes Evan for being a top tier person and employee; whenever we have a tournament in Louisville area we will check here to stay!! Thank you.

        Well, after 4 hours of listening to one of the rooms on my floor hosting an adult event, the hotel staff called and told me if I didnt keep it down and stop the cops would be called. I knew there was a noise complaint because everyone could hear it in their rooms, but I was really offended that I was accused. I was literally in the middle of the most important zoom meeting of my career. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and I will never stay here again.

        I don't understand hotels charging extra for parking. I'm already paying for the room and all the taxes and fees. The parking isn't covered or valet. I'm just paying to have it sit in your lot while I sleep. I didn't see added security guards patrolling. Just confusing why it is necessary.
