        My stay at the Myriad Hotel was absolutely dreamy! The pool view room was so bright and airy, and I loved how they maintained the historic charm while keeping the decor chic and simple. The cocktails at Switchboard were so good, Celeste, the bartender, was fantastic- the girl can make a mean cocktail! The entire staff made my stay magical, and my room was spotlessly clean. Already planning my next visit! Highly recommend this hotel.

        I would highly, HIGHLY advise against staying here. They improperly towed my car. When confronted about it, they said they could do nothing as I did not have a parking permit (which I did, they even looked up that I had paid for parking). After I took an Uber to retrieve my car, I took a picture of the permit still in full view. I went back to the hotel, showed them the permit and the picture. They proceeded to claim that I had put the permit there after the fact, handed me the General Manager's card and said they could not do anything else. Update: When I contacted the General Manager, he said he personally had went to view the car and that it did not have a tag on it and that they could not have messed up. He offered to cover my parking cost (~$50) as he could not reimburse me for the tow cost ($165) as I had not directly booked through them. When I said that was not good enough, he said he would not argue with me on it, then he hung up on me.
