Candlewood Suites Louisville Airport, an IHG Hotel

The rooms are nice no breakfast and only room service once a week so totally not what we are used to company paid for our stay so we can't really stay can go to another place it is ok we have a full size fridge freezer microwave and a little stove top 2 burner a few plates bowls and silverware a coffee maker bath and shower to use and a hair dryer

I've had good rooms here, with wonderful beds, and horrible rooms with horrible beds. It's been a toss up the last couple times! Also, if you're checking in late, the lady working has the door locked and the place looks closed, and then other times, like I said, the place has been great!

The rooms are nicely appointed and seem clean, but we had roaches! The bathroom had baby ones on the floor, and we found larger ones in the bed and on the wall. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and were told they would spray. We were gone for several hours, and upon returning, noticed they hadn't been in the room. We checked out the next morning and let the front desk know that nothing had been done about the roaches and that my wife found one in her shirt! The desk clerk apologized and said he would give us 50,000 points for the trouble and said it would take a week for them to show up. A couple of days later, I received an email from the director of sales from Candlewood Suites and told me to give her a call. She also apologized and offered us more points. After two weeks, we hadn't received any points, so I called her back, and she apologized and said she would check into why we hadn't received the points! It's been 4 weeks, and still nothing! This is disheartening as I do not believe that they take the concerns that their guests have seriously.
