i stayed one night in march. My damage $50 was returned but they refused to refund safe fee. I called twice and they keep hanging up. Told me it cant be refunded So disrespectful,..I signed their contract stating safe fee refunded if safe not used.

Many negative reviews, but often times people who have good things to say don't always make time to say that. Stayed with my family of 4 here overnight and no complaints. Front desk woman was very nice, room was clean, and noise surrounding us wasn't an issue. We did run the AC unit most of the time and have a sound machine due to little ones, so that could've taken away some additional street noise or movement to and from rooms as the night went on, but overall a very nice stay. The price was great for just needing a place to rest our heads. Things that we didn't "like" or would've seen changed were more preferential things than negatives. The beds were firmer than we like, but it was just 1 night. We also could've used more towels because we all showered, but I also never called down to ask :). I'd bring my family to stay here again!
