        I left a gold chain in the room last New Year's Eve. I called them to find out if the maid or anyone had found it and was told that nothing had been turned in but they would go back up in the room and look again if I could tell them where I thought I left it although I didn't have much help I told them and waited about 20 minutes later they called me and said they had found it I was so happy and relieved. So grateful especially when they could have easily said it wasn't there
