        New: I was in the store today and a new store rep named Josh helped me today. He saw me in lawn and garden and asked me if he could help me and I explained what I was looking for. He offered to walk me inside and help me which he did and we found the tool inside. He was the best sales rep I met in Lowes in some time. I was in Bashford minor this past week and last weekend and they no longer have cashiers and expect the customer to do the job of the cashiers. I had about 300 dollars worth of building materials and yard supplies. I refused to stand there and spend 30 to 40 minutes trying to scan in all that stuff so I asked why they dont at least open one cash register they said Lowes no longer does that. I said the Lowes in Hurstbourne has cashiers and they said no they dont but I was there today and they had two cashiers checking people out. So Bashford minor Lowes lied about other Lowes not having cashiers. Now I shop at Homedepot who are now building my new fence. Lowes at Bashford minor lies to their customers and treats customers better in Hurstbourne better than Bashford minor customers. I wonder why I was in Bashford manor Lowes today and they had four people in self checkout it was crazy because each one had one self scan machine. So they still dont care about customer service. At least at bashford manor they just give you lip service with no results.
