      image I live in Oldham Co and drive to Preston Hwy to get amazing customer service!! The Lowe's in Norton Commons needs to have revamped training on how to help people, especially the ones who are waiting patiently. The workers at Preston have been amazing, always helpful and so nice I cancelled my Home Depot flooring order because I found something I liked better at Lowe's and the outstanding customer service from everyone, made it that much easier. The Lowe's on Hurstborn is not bad, they are just lacking selection. Thank you everyone at the Preston store for being so nice!!
