Unprofessional, absolutely incompetent and a waste of time.. I submitted an application for a branch management position, the recruiter Hannah White gave me a call and believed I was qualified to interview with the Executive Director Elizabeth Flores. Hannah missed our phone screening and told me she glanced over my response with a preferred time and went downhill since then. Ive reached out to Hannah and never ever received a response. The executive directed never reached out to me. And after three weeks of no one reaching out or responding to me, I get an email today stating they were not moving forward with my application. Not sure why you guys would send me a email saying Im moving forward then take back what you said. I never even had a formal interview. What a joke of an establishment and I am honestly relieved that my application wont be considered. Cant imagine how they teach their clientele. Good riddance.

They haven't taken out Federal on me as of today, they have not gotten my direct deposit together, and I can't afford to go out of my way , and waste gas picking my check up every 2 weeks ! I go to work as scheduled, and the company haven't done their job taking care of me completely, once I leave this time it will be for good, no coming back ! If I didn't come back my lil client would not have any service , they always want to send to him people, who they wouldn't send to their own parents or don't have anybody ! That's bad business

I have worked with this company a few months now and personally have a great experience with the staff. It is easy to get in touch and communicate. The office is a welcoming environment and they remain available for any questions or concerns. I also work two jobs and go to school, and they have been really understanding about my time allowing me to be flexible with no negative consequences.
