Terrible place to do business. They do not listen to you and dont know nothing about how to bill your insurance correctly. They then want to charge you and send you to collections. They want you to rent first then buy when not all insurances require this. They get mad because your renting then buying it for full price so they double dip.

WARNING!!!! This company has shady practices. I received a bill in the mail over a year after services were provided. I called the company to resolve any outstanding balance owed. I asked the company to provide the detail behind the amount on the invoice due. Company person said they did not have time to provide any detail and that I need to simply pay or be charged a late fee. I asked for the full name of the company owner for escalation and they refused to provide. Next step is to turn over to Better Business Bureau or local authorities

My biggest problem is they refuse to do a fitting for masks for me unless I pay them $30. This is stupid. They claim it is because of covid but how does covid make a fitting which should be free cost $30?? I have not had an initial fitting. Its not like it is for follow up I just moved to them my mask does not fit and they wont help. Very bad customer service
