I was searching for additional resources of patient safety, companionship, and a high-quality-of-care for my sister who resides in a long term care facility. A dear friend recommended Teresa Doyle, of BrightStar Care Louisville. Wow!! From the very first sessions, my sister called me to chat about her caregivers and passionately shared her day's events with me. Teresa and the BrightStar staff are terrific. The care we received through Brightstar is above and beyond expectations! We are so grateful to have inherited new family members from the caregivers as that is exactly how they felt. Thank you for taking care of our mother when we were unable to be there! Forever grateful!

It was an uneasy feeling leaving my mom in the care of folks we didnt know and she didnt know but the caregivers have been so helpful, patient and willing to work around the clock to be sure mom wasnt navigating recovery and confusion alone. Ive been so relieved knowing Bright Star was there! When your jobs dictate rigorous timeframes and full time care is unexpectedly needed, Bright Star goes to work and eases the anxiousness with gentle professionalism and prompt response. What a great company and staff to work with!
