If I could leave zero I would. Use this company 2013, they came out 2 out of 4 times. Then they didn't do what was needed. Now 2023 I've been on the book for 2 weeks. They showed up 1 time. Was every good. She had to leave for health reasons. I'm supposed to get 15 hours a week So far. Less than 4 in 2 weeks. I blame the customer service manager Brooks Smith. She tell people what they want to hear but never see it's carried out.

Horrible.. management is horrible! Non-stop compliance issues and imminent jeopardies. You can barely get paid correctly and if you question you pay management will make it extra hard on you by simply not fixing the issues. This company has so many complaints to the state it's surprising the company is allowed to have a business license.

HR is terrible in Phoenix, Az. I called left message with receptionist and emailed to get documentation. Got yelled at, name called and charged at by Jennifer Radtke after waiting 3 days and for documentation or some sort of communication.

horrible. I worked at the location in raleigh, its not even the job thats horrible its the people in the offices. rude. hang up on you and talk over you. money getting lost and nobody has an explanation as to where it went. theres this lady named chris and she works with hr on the navaho drive location and shes the rudest person ive ever encountered. she yells at you and im almost certain shes the reason my money keeps going missing because whenever I ask for her bosses information she hangs up the phone or talks over me then hangs up immediately after saying what she has to say. 10/10 DO NOT recommend to anyone unless you like to work for freep

Very bad company to work for worked in joplin mo office in Parsons Kansas..went to hospital for 4 days got layed off by managent in joplin ..Parsons Kanasa don't take care of the employees at all
