Thought highly of them until they took half down on a production run, one year ago, then never made my products. No notice, just quit, even though were to give each other 90 days signed notice. Made me lose my projected sales for the whole year working hard to have near 800 stores sign up for product, after attending costly trade shows to get them. Still havent paid what our signed agreement says they owe, when I clearly showed them, and never returned my half down from one year prior, kept it. Kept billing me every month for storage though even after taking near $8,000 never returning it. Very disappointed and thought were good people. Ahead to late 2023Now got an opinion of new ownership. They called & emailed telling me they purchased Flavorcraft. Being so broke from the original breach of contract informed them I was working on getting things out. Spoke to Jay initially who seemed nice. Emailed and spoke on the phone. Told Jay bottles and our machine could be disposed of. Jay sent an email dispose of the BOTTLES and machine then, told him yes. Then sent another it said packaging and machine directly after the bottle one without me realizing he meant anything other than BOTTLES as the email and convo discussed SHORTLY BEFORE, after we specifically talked about those two things, I said wait hold the machine. So they did. So arranging to pick up MY MACHINE I OWN AND LEGALLY HOLD THE TITLE TO, REMOVABLE AT ALL TIMES, regardless if you take over, you know the copacker you take over had agreements with other companies. So I ask for info of my OBVIOUSLY BRAND NEW alcohol product packaging, shipper boxes, cups, sleeves, foils, at least $5,000 worth, probably more. They in my opinion had to notice they were brand new but didnt clarify after we ONLY talked about the bottles and machine being disposed. Mart Massey said that one email that they wrote packaging, and from when they first reached out it just notified they took over and I had packaging there, (the one directly before specifically said BOTTLES plus our convo said BOTTLES). Jay knows we only spoke about the bottles, they couldve at least asked about the other obvious brand new packaging. In my opinion, a caring thing to do, would be to ask about things NOT DISCUSSED THAT ARE BRAND NEW. They hurried to get rid of everyones stuff to clear space throwing out new samples and brand new packaging. I told them you made me lose at least $5,000.Also that I may contact an attorney, in my opinion who wouldnt? So they said a company could still pick up my machine I own fully, even though I threatened rightfully to sue. They couldve offered something rather than oh well! Heartless in my opinion. So when they drove 6 hours, 20 min away Mart Massey refused to release my machine I own. He FORCED ME BEYOND MY WILL TO WRITE I WILL NOT SUE FOR THE PACKAGING THEY DESTROYED. Or they wouldnt release MY MACHINE, the people drove 6 hours, even my email said they could pick it up. I guess wait until people drive 6 hours and pull that? Keeping it is potential grand theft if not released being as I LEGALLY own it. He also threatened to send me storage bills which were never agreed upon, and not legal as former companies have rights. Just because you take over doesnt erase former agreements. Also, when talking about releasing my machine he talked over me, treated me in my opinion very disrespectful telling me shut up Im talking, not letting me talk, very misogynistic in my opinion to a woman. I felt completely forced to write something beyond my will, violated, and disrespected. He said we close in 15 min forcing me to write beyond my will. In my opinion very abusive treatment especially to a woman.
