Appointment at 05:30 got the capstone bill and paid it at 08:45 , stated unloading at 10:00, got my papers at 15:15(3:00pm) Helen Keller and Stephen Hawking could have unloaded this trailer faster with 2 rubber bands and a pair of broken chopsticks. This place got the same work ethic as the biden administration.

-10 STARS Incredible it's been almost 1h40mn emptying now and having paid the lomper fee and this person doesn't call or give the green light to pick up the papers, it's like the time of the people here in the trucks is worthless,

Five hours and still in a door. Seven people standing around the baler chit chatting, while freight is sitting on the dock. Your delays keep us drivers from making money. Show some professionalism and respect the fact that we started our clocks, and our courtesy only goes so far. When we get attitudes back for paying for your services to unload, then we expect timely service as well. Kroger uses Capstone on the other side of town, so how can they offload me in two hours with the same load, which Ive delivered several times I might add, while Im still in the dock after 5 plus hours here? Seems they need to send a fixer to evaluate the inefficiencies and make the appropriate adjustments to management and staff here. Update 9hrs and 5 minutes in dock still. Will do a final unload time when finished.
