Taco Bell

Messed up and gave me the wrong order. I called and the guy asked what all was needed and to call back when we got there. So I did and when we got there and he ran out and had everything ready and perfect. Its normally such a hassle to get an order fixed at most places and they got it fixed quickly and saved me tons of headache with my hungry kids screaming.

There app said they were open but the store was closed. App said they opened at 8 and I got there at 9 and the store was closed. This has happened on several occasions where they were supposed to be open but werent. Fern valley rd location

Employees working overnight do not know how to make changes to an order. I change to black beans instead of refried beans in a burrito. This is has gone wrong several times.

Walked in stood at the counter a while. Wanted to dine in. Manager came out from the back. Asked me to please use the kisok behind me to place my order. I don't know how to use those things. So I left. Told him never mind. It sucks they expect an older person to do that!!! BOO!!! I'm not going to put myself through Hell to eat at Taco Bell!!

Ordered on the app. Once we arrived the drive thru was incredibly long, however we got through fairly quick. We had everything in the order, and it was a large order so kudos to them. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of our 3 power bowls none had the black beans or the avocado ranch. These 2 missing ingredients are make or break items for this meal. It is definitely a break without. It just wasn't as good. I understand being out of things, but we could have at least been told. Customer service was great and everything else was just fine!
