Taco Bell

5 stars for actually being open until 2am like theyre supposed to and handling their orders. Drive thru lady was very polite and the food was good. Just shut down the other Dixie store and the one on 42 since theyre not interested in being open when they say they are and actually making money.

This location is a bust after 8pm, they only serve GrubHub or pickup services. I was lucky enough to get there right before they closed. They didn't make the order right but there is no way to return or let them know as their lobby was closed. The wait time was about 15 minutes (horrible).. I have been to this location during the day and well it's not much better for service or the quality of food produced.

Around 430pm today i was craving some taco bell. I decided to stop in to our local Silverlake Taco Bell on Dixie HWY. The guy informed me in the drive thru what I was wanting to order they didnt have and I asked can you tell me what you do have then and a lady got on the intercom rude and said everything we have is on the menu. I said ill just go somewhere else. They clearly didnt want to be bothered and this isnt the first time ive recieved terrible service from this same location. I went to Gold Star next to Taco Bell which were happy to serve me and thanked me for my business.

Drive through only according to a hand written sign. The building and lot aren't well maintained. They didn't give me a receipt when I asked for one because "oh, we're out of receipt paper" and no apology. Food was fine though.

The worst place to eat at, the 2 girls that work mornings had the worst attitudes. That's even if they are taking orders. I have been told flat out " we are not taking orders at the moment. " Like really what do you mean? The drive thru is trashed, they don't take orders all the time so you would think they have more time to clean.
