Do not stay here! The only saving grace was the relative cleanliness of the room for the price paid. There were numerous issues with our one night stay, from our room not being ready when we checked in at 7:30 pm to having zero hot water the following morning. The biggest issue was our luggage being stuck in a locked room for almost 3 hours due to the door handle completely failing. Apparently the only person who could get us into our room was a maintenance man named Meemo. Meemo, however, had left to walk his dogs about an hour before our door knob dilemma. It still took him an hour and a half to arrive back at the hotel and help Evan (the helpful other maintenance guy) break into the room. While waiting for Meemo to show up, a woman came looking for him. She knew which room he was supposed to be working on (the door that wouldnt open) as well as the room we had been moved to, which was incredibly unsettling as she yelled and banged on the door frightening my wife and children. Additionally, based on the behavior of other tennents I'm concerned that the majority of the folks staying on the 4th floor are living in the building full time.
Ultimately a horrible experience from this hotel. You're better off paying the extra 20-30 bucks a night and staying someplace reputable.
