I highly recommend A-1 Sewer and Drain Cleaning! Jared and Stephen were respectful, kind, and patient. They answered all of my questions and took the time to teach me about how my drain and septic system are set up (I asked). I had to have A-1 come out to fix the problem after another plumbing company did not.

Cleared a stubborn basement drain that another well known plumbing service could not, and for a very resonable price. I will use them again and give A1 my highest recommendation.

I contacted A-1 to clean out a basement floor drain. The office staff and the plumber were polite and prompt. This is why Im giving 3 stars. The technician (NOT a plumber) arrived I led him to the basement where he tried to snake the drain. He quickly broke the springhead off of the snake. I asked him Arent you supposed to take that bolt off and clean it out that way? He told me no. Collected my $100 and left. I called another company. They unscrewed the bolt and had the line cleared, all in less then 3 minutes!! They also informed me the previous technician could have done some major damage trying to snake it out the way he did.

Call these guys first! This is the second time I called a different plumber first and they could not unclog my toilet and drain. Both times A1 came in and finished what another plumbing company could not. These guys are efficient and knowledgeable and reasonable! From now on I will be calling A1 plumbing and sewer FIRST!
