ASAP Drainage and Foundation

Attempts to keep deposit after being unsuccessful at trying to raise price for unfounded reasons before starting. Then threatens with legal action after bad review.

I had a major septic system issue and needed some help. A neighbor gave me ASAPs number and told me to call. Im so glad she did. These guys are great. They went above and beyond to help us. They were so professional and got everything handled very quickly. I dont know what I would have done without them. Highly recommended.

Bill and his crew did a basement drainage project for us and we couldn't be happier. This was an old dug out machine room that was added after home was built in 1932 in French Lick. Very fair pricing. This project definitely increased our home value. Would use again. Courteous and efficient employees .

Bill Long and his excellent team lived up to their name...they got the job started and finished ASAP! They were very responsive in communicating, and went over and above to get the job done as agreed, as well as to do little extras that were needed but not anticipated. Their crews worked hard, and were thorough and friendly...special kudos to Christian for his conscientious and professional work. Would highly recommend ASAP!

We had the ASAP team come and help us with our leaky basement. We also had a radon issue in the basement that they helped with. In a matter of 2 days the hardworking crew had both systems installed and running. Not only did that involve breaking up the basement floor to install the drainage system, but they also moved all that excess into our adjoining crawl space. They put in a new drainage pipe that required them to open up part of our front yard- you cant even tell they did it until you see where the pipe comes out. They opened the yard like surgeons and it went back together like it had never been opened. It was amazing. The quality of their work was fantastic. They did accidentally bust open a water pipe while they were working, but they handled it in the best way. They immediately acknowledged their mistake and took care of it. They even made sure to tell us if it was drippy or messed up after they left that theyd come back and fix it. They laid down plastic over all of our things in the basement to keep them from getting covered in debris. They even laid down plastic where they'd be walking thru the house to keep the house clean. They were friendly and worked amazingly fast. If we could do it all over again, I'd still choose them. They were great!
