        After years of going to another groomer where my dog hated to go in, we switched to Happy Happy Hounds several months ago. Now she runs in, and Andrea does a great job trimming her! She communicates with us to make sure she understands what kind of trim we want and lets us know as soon as shes done. Wish we had switched to Andrea sooner!!!

        Refused my 12 year old dog because she looked nervous. Even though she did fine for five years at another boarding in Cincinnati. Dont waste your time with this place.

      Dave,open play daycare/boarding is not for every dog. Often we find that elderly dogs find it too stimulating and exhausting. If it’s clear a dog is not comfortable in our environment why would you want them to stay with us? We recommend traditional boarding for your pet, and we are just looking out for her well-being. We are sorry if that’s inconvenient.
