        I'm so mad. Dr. Evans, you retired and didn't send a letter or anything!! I've been your patient for over 10 years, followed you all the way to your office in downtown Louisville. I called today to make an appointment with you and that's how I found out. I'm heartbroken, truly heartbroken. You were the best doctor I've ever had. I wish I could've gotten your recommendation on a new doctor. I feel so lost. Well, I will miss you and wish you all the best!!

        Wouldnt refill a prescription until I saw her again but doesnt have availability for almost 2 months when I am already out of my prescription. No warning or anything. I wont be going back.

        There isnt enough words to describe this doctor. I get so much more than perfect medical treatment I get someone who listens to me. Im not rushed and its so genuine, she is a very busy woman but puts you first. She moved locations and she is 30 minutes away from me now but I would drive wherever to get to Dr.Evans.

        Dr. Evans truly cares about the well-being of her patients. She takes the time to sit down and educate you about your health... She is attentive, and compassionate. However, those are not her only attributes. I could add more about her but it would take up a lot of space. I had doctors in the past, and they do not compare to Dr. Evans. I am truly blessed that she is my doctor
